I'm Niecey Frazier, a licensed cosmetologist, a former salon owner, and the founder of Niecey Frazier®. This is a home for the woman who wants to care for her crown, dress with intention, stay rooted in her faith, and build something that lasts.

For 13 years, I've stood behind the chair, and I learned that a woman never sits down with just her hair. She brings her week, her worries, her prayers and her plans. Some of my favorite conversations started with a wash and ended with a business idea, a breakthrough, or a scripture we both needed that day.

I started Niecey Frazier® because I wanted to create something I have lived, experienced and truly enjoy: the beauty, the faith, and the drive of a woman building her own.

So I built Niecey Frazier® to carry that chair-side conversation further. Here, beauty is a ritual, not a rush. Style is how you walk into the room you prayed for. Faith is the foundation for all of it, and ambition is not something to apologize for.
